Our culinary program is designed to instruct and inspire everyone, from the curious to the committed, and is intended to be relaxed, fun and informative. Join us in the kitchen for a cooking class and you can learn to:

  • “veganize” many of your favorite dishes, from meatballs to meatloaf, and cannoli to cake
  • stock your pantry so you can whip up easy, healthy meals in minutes
  • make delicious, tangy vegan cheese in your own home
  • entertain family and friends with holiday meals sure to satisfy everyone
  • discover global influences and cuisines to spice up your everyday cooking

Our classes are intimate, with seating for 10 to 12, and the style is relaxed and interactive. You’ll meet vegan chefs who can answer your cooking or vegan nutrition questions as well as encourage you on your journey. Most classes are demonstration-style, but there’s always an opportunity to step up and get your hands dirty, if you choose. Classes are taught by either Chef Linda or Chef Sara, both graduates of the chef’s training program at Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan.
